The best roast dinner you can get in a pub/restaurant. Food is delicious - I always get the roast pork but have also tried both the chicken and the beef and they are equally as tasty. Whenever my parents visit they always insist we go here on a Sunday for their roast dinner. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxed, the view of the river is great and the servers are super friendly and attentive. They are also dog friendly which is a bonus pictured is my dog in the upstairs restaurant from a previous visit. The only thing is for the restaurant upstairs you do have to book in advance by at least a week as they do get completely booked out for Sunday roasts but that only speaks to the quality of the place!
Service was excellent as was the food. However, if charging £10.25 for a Hugo, I would expect the glass to have been suitably stuffed with fresh mint. I had to ask for mint and when my drink returned it had a couple of spindly bits. Shame, but that was the only downside.nWill certainly go again and would recommend too.

Unmissable pub in Richmond, just on the river. Great view on the riverside and Richmond bridge. Epic its floods when the tide rises. Cosy and intimate inside like a local pub; happy and feisty outside in the beer garden No grass though. Great for summer PIMMS and winter mulled wine. Dates or friends. Everything works here.
One of the very best sandwiches I have ever had. Chicken, avocado, bacon on quality bread. £11.00. An expensive sandwich but excellent.nnWith a pint of Young's Special - proper beer - and a seat looking out onto the Thames, it's as good as pubs get.
