Went to Richmond because I am a huge Ted Lasso fan so it was a must to visit this iconic pub where it reminds you of the Richmond FC atmosphere.nnI was not expecting the great service we were offered. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made our day.nnOf course we went with the steak and ale pie as well as the chips which both were amazingly delicious dunno if this is a correct sentence but you get it.nnI recommend you give this place a visit and enjoy every bit of it.
Pure delight to visit the pub featured in Ted Lasso. It was a sunny afternoon and Richmond was full of people so we felt lucky to get a table outside. Charlie had the hamburger and I had the English Pea Ravioli, which was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had in London. A great experience from start to finish.
While in London a couple weeks ago, we had to visit here. It was a rainy, cold day and place was standing room only. Luckily we were able to sit at table in the bar without reservation within few minutes. We ordered our drinks and appetizer at bar & they delivered quickly to table. Chose the calamari SO tender not chewy and tough at all! and the Scottish eggs my favorite!. Drinks were perfect.nnGrand finale was the fish & chips…best we had anywhere in England. Service was great, guests were friendly too. Recommend even in yucky weather:
We were so excited about being in the Ted Lasso pub! We had a gorgeous brunch scoffed too quickly to take photos. Very welcoming staff. Just awesome.
I’m a big Ted Lasso fan. My wife didn’t want to make the hour trip to visit but gladly came along for me. The food was good, the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside was being treated not good but not horrible for being a fan. They seemed disappointed in seeing us. We ordered food a drink but had to sit next to the men’s bathroom that smelled like you would expect.nnMost stop and won’t disappoint if you’re are a Ted Lasso fan, just don’t expect a friendly Ted Lasso welcome.
