I visited the store recently to try on bridal wear and had a personal styling appointment. They had prepared and I was taken to the basement part of the store where they’d set up a changing area and a rail of clothes to try. The assistant was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Left with a prized purchase! Certainly not the brusque and haughty vibe of other stores. Really relaxed, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
My friend and I spent quite a lot of time deciding on our purchases, sending Candie, the assistant, up and down stairs to fetch different sizes and variations on what we had chosen to try on. Candie was an absolute star and we had a lovely time shopping at the Marylebone branch of Whistles. Oh, and we loved the clothing we bought too!
My wife had seen the jacket she wanted at Whistles online. Her size was in stock at St Christopher's Place. We called in there where the staff were very helpful and courteous and fetched the jacket from the store room. My wife was delighted with her purchase.
I visited the store recently to buy a coat. I couldn't see the coat on the rail but when I asked the assistant and showed her the magazine picture she was very quick to find and bring the coat up for me. Very good service.
After having an awful experience earlier shopping in a London department store and Hobbs, I went into this Whistles store and was immediately greeted with smiling happy and very helpful staff. One of the shop assistants, Deborah was incredible, with her help and guidance I purchased a beautiful jumpsuit. Absolutely nothing was any bother for Deborah. Deborah made my whole shopping experience in the store an absolute pleasure. She suggested various items and it wasn’t a bother to get me anything. The other girls were also lovely but it was Deborah that made my day and I left feeling very happy and forgot about my earlier “pretty woman” experiences.
I came to try on some Whistles wedding dresses today and had excellent service from Michaela. Really accommodating and friendly, and a lovely relaxed space to try on the beautiful dresses. Thank you!
I always enjoy visiting Whistles at St. Christopher’s place. The store stocks a large range of items and sizes, including petite which is great for me, and rarely disappoints. The staff and service are great too.
We had a fantastic afternoon with Candie selecting some fabulous clothes for my daughter - nothing was too much trouble and it made the experience extremely enjoyable. Would highly recommend a personal shopping experience at St Chris Place and if you get Candie you're in for a treat!!!
Milly made bridesmaid dress shopping a breeze! There was a good selection of colours and styles, we spent a couple of hours trying on various dresses and sizes, Milly was really helpful and very patient with us. We felt completely at ease and found the perfect dresses! Thank you!
Lovely shop with wonderful staff I was lucky to be helped by Leann very polite and helpful.. I was served by here earlier this year and that's why I came back.
