Have been coming to this shop for 10 years now. Fantastic value and service, always. Great range. Very helpful, also sorting tailoring at cost. Communications always punctual. One of London’s go-to men’s clothing shops.
Experience here was brilliant. Prices for a set suit, suit vest and trousers were no more than £400 and for the quality is definitely worth the money. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant to work with, gave plenty of complements and knew exactly what worked well with what. They even have their own tailors that can get the job done quickly.
Been shopping here for years because things fit well and seem to always have that unique style difference, from subtle my thing to full on wow. Started with summer stuff but their suit and knitwear game keeps improving so I find more and more reasons to go back. Independently owned, just friendly folks with quality stuff. The wardrobe staple work shirts I got here still stand up years later so worth the price. Thought I’d leave a review to say thanks!
Purveyors of excellent quality clothing from all over Europe Italy, Netherlands, etc. They have amazing suits. Their team is amazing and will help you find something just for your taste and their amazing tailor will make it fit perfectly. Can't recommend enough.
My husband has been shopping at Oscar Milo for many years, ever since their first tiny shop off Bond Street, and still basically only buys clothes from here. Over the years we've always found the staff extremely helpful, professional, not pushy at all, but proactive in showing things to customers and always being willing to arrange alterations or find new sizes or alternative options. I've bought a few things from their womenswear and accessories also, but the emphasis is mens. Justin, the owner, is always forthright and helpful, and their clothing selection is excellent - interesting, sometimes quirky, elegant and always very well made with detailing that make each item stand out. In terms of pricing, yes, it's more expensive than buying menswear from Zara or TopShop, but you get what you pay for, and having worked in the fashion industry for years, the pricing is in line with the quality and detailing.
This is a great mens and womenswear store. Independent and with great brands and good quality clothing and accessories. Standout for me though we're all the staff, great alteration service and attention to detail and they went the extra mile to make things right when I had a little issue with the suit I got.
Ordered 2 shirts online and only received 1, despite several emails and having no response I still have no second shirt 2 weeks later. I will not be shopping here again, very poor customer service
Awful service by staff on a couple of occasions now. First time a sales associate sold me a pair of shoes at greater discount than she was meant to resulting in her boss chasing me down spitafields aggressively demanding i go back in the shop so he can charge me the right amount or give them back. He actually got in my face when I suggested that it was her error, not mine. He almost lifted his arm, I'm not joking - it wasn't funny. I only went back out of desperation to get some new trousers for an event on short notice and another sales guy literally threw clothes at me that were trousers but not listening to anything else I was saying about fit, colour or anything else I was after. His only remark was that what he was selling was apparently popular with is evidently good enough reason to buy them WTF. I assure you there won't be a third visit from me to this hellhole.
I have been shopping regularly at Oscar Milo for over 8 years now and just looked up their phone number for an order when I saw the review by Emmanuel Xirogiannis which has compelled me to write this reposte. I could not disagree with Emmanuel more completely! Staff at Oscar Milo are highly professional and invariably helpful. By now I know their names and can only recommend Antony, Conrad, Luigi et all for their assistance and professional knowledge. I continue to return because they find for me what I want. They actually do listen to my wishes and quirks and take the time and make the effort to locate various versions of it for me to choose. And that's not mentioning the owner Justin for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble. since the past 5 years I have yet to buy a suit from a different shop since whatever adjustments need to be made to mine they are done by Oscar Milo to a standard which I cannot fault. More importantly their clothes are first rate but with a twist which ensures you feel special in them. For those of us who care I know there are not many... this makes a hell of a difference. So go out and give this shop a try and convinve yourself. I don't need to it's that good. I just could not sit idly by while Emmanuel's review sits there unopposed when it is so wrong. Judge for yourself!
Really, really love the clothes and service at Oscar Milo. I visit when I’m in London for the very well made and stylish men’s clothes. The staff are helpful and friendly.
