Unfortunately unreliable with opening times, delivery times and repairs. Hard to get there during a workday as opening time is not 9.00 as said, but variable. Delays versus what initially indicated as delivery date. 2 out of 4 repairs had been ignorer - despite having paid in advance.
The service is prompt, and the quality of cleaning exceeds expectations, leaving your items looking pristine.
Arrived at 4.45pm - not open despite sign and Google saying closes at 6 and not answering the phone to collect dry cleaning. Unsure whether business closed down without being able to collect dry cleaning?
I brought in few of my curtains and sofa covers and had a few of my dresses to be altered and some skirts to repair. I can’t believe the amount of work they did in a short space of time. The beautiful ladies on the counter was really friendly and polite too and give me reasonable prices and discount to make me more satisfied. And on the top of that they delivered everything on request without any extra charge. I am impressed Thank you lovely people.
Not a single 'star' from me. Very upset about the service; my favourite blazer after they dry cleaned has shrunk and lost its softness. I tried to save some money as they seem cheaper and did not use my usual dry cleaners service and I regret doing so. NOT recommending and I will not be using this service again.
Really please with the service. I needed a quick alteration for the dress that I wanted to take on holiday. When I came the driver had just left with all alterations request so it was almost impossible to get it done in time, unless the driver returned just for me - which course would have been reflected in the price. Harren was so kind calling around, the driver, his manager, taylor and etc. He took my dress home and passed it on to the taylor himself. I have now collected my dress with alterations completed in time before heading to the airport. The alterations are exactly as I wanted it and I was very impressed with the overall service received. Very grateful and would definitely recommend their Whistle Dry Cleaners to anyone.
It was a wonderful and high quality service until very recently. It is quite unfortunate to lose this business in our area. I've used them last in the beginning of May and they washed a jumper which had to be dry cleaned went 2 sizes down, and ever since, every time I go by, they are closed. Numerous stickers on the windows "Liars", "Thieves" from angry customer. At the end of the day, it would be nice if the owners took accountability for lost and damaged clothing and let the community know what the hell happened to them. I'm sure there's a reason, but when you run a business, you have to at least make your clients aware of it shutting down.
Great customer service. I had them wash my vintage suede jacket and was impressed by the service I've received. The jacket looks amazing now. Will definitely use Whistle Dry Cleaners again.
I was the same trying to save money and not happy, some off my clothes back dirty and not softness anymore and the hangers very bad
very satisfied. the lady at the reception is incredible in kindness and professionalism. I had a lot of quilts and sheets, she delivered them all to my home. moreover the price is the cheapest of the whole district. go there without any hesitation.
