Clifton LampardnWed 8 Apr, 09:43 6 days agonI am contacting you to express how impressed I am with the flood wash pump that we received last week. Thank you very much.
Mark was extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process for everything I needed. Pump is working brilliantly with my rainwater system and it was so easy to set up thanks to Mark's advice
I have had issues with flooding for the last nine years. The fire brigade have attended 13 times. I struggled to find anybody who could help me find an acceptable solution to my problem until I found Whisper Pumps.nWhen I first spoke to Steve Patrick I felt reassured that my problem could be solved.nEventually I found Target Power who after liasing with Steve came up with the ultimate solution to my problem.nI bought everything that was suggested and delivery was swift and uncomplicated.nThen the weather intervened making it impossible to get everything installed and commissioned.nWhen the installation was completed it was found that two items were not needed.nAs a result Whisper Pumps were again most helpful and accepted the return of the unneeded items for a full refund.nI can’t express my gratitude for the excellent service received from knowledgable staff at Whisper Pumps and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with need of a pump.nThank you all for your dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Bought a pump and it wasn't just right for the job I wanted it for a mobile volume wash.nnCalled Whisper Pumps, couldn't be any more helpful. Changed the pump for me and even posted the new pump to the farm.nnGreat company.nnVery helpful.nnThankyou
Excellent service from Whisper Pumps. Harrison took the time to thoroughly test and explain the issue with my pump, offering clear advice and arranging a straightforward return. Knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout – highly recommend.
