Incredibly good service. We moved from outside the area and found it hard to navigate the Ilkley property market as everything seems to sell very quickly and we couldn't find anything remotely like what we wanted. Liz and Rachel really listened to our needs and worked hard to meet them. We could not be happier with the house we ended up with (which didn't even go on the market), they ticked every box for us and even matched some requirements we hadn't remembered to tell them. The additional support provided in liaising with the estate agent and chasing through the sale process also took a lot of pressure off. Liz was constantly on the ball. She also helped with recommending tradesmen, and met with a roofer to help us out. Highly recommended!
