I was out on a ride along the Thames Path when I got a front tyre puncture and luckily Wheelies were a mile’s bike drag away.  3rd puncture in 3 days, the owner was able to sort me out with a new tyre, inner tube and both fitted within the Apple Pay transaction limit (like an idiot, I’d set off without my wallet.) 

First class service, really knowledgeable and friendly to boot.  I’ll be going back in future for less urgent purchases, hopefully.

My chain fell off near the bike shop. I went and asked how much it would be to put it on and was told that £5 was minimum charge. I asked if it can be done for less as it cost me £5 to fix a puncture on my car. He said that he probably has to get the guard off. I told him that my husband doesn’t need to get the guard off to which he arrogantly asked me why does that keep happening then to my chain. I realised then that he didn’t even want to do it for a £5 and frankly by the way he spoke to me I would sooner flash a fiver down the toilet than gave it to him. The shop was empty but he probably didn’t want to get his hands dirty 🤔. Funny thing is I need somewher to service my bike next month but after today’s customer service I wouldn’t take it there if he did it for free...

Great customise service from Tery and Dave who helped me getting my new cycle for my lil one. Good choice and very professional and personal approach to customer. Happily recommended to all.

Got a puncture half way home and the guy fitted the new inner tube for me and gave me a second hand tyre because my one was buggered (which caused my puncture). Many thanks for the help and generocity. Thoroughly recommend Wheelies. :)

I have used wheelies for good few years now dave and owner terry are very freindly and also very helpfull.would gladly recommend them to anyone who owns a bike.
