Please do not risk going here.

I had crowns fitted here and the dentist did not tell me there were alternatives to the metal crowns she fitted. She did not say that ceramic was what was most commonly used for front teeth as it would be natural looking. Also the model teeth she showed me mine would look like, mine actually look nothing like. And her explanation was that it was because of the metal. Then why not say that from the beginning, why wait until I'm sitting in the chair waiting for the crowns to be installed?

The dentists here are untrustworthy and unprofessional. If you are considering using this dental practice, please, please consider going elsewhere, you will waste money and time here and be so very disappointed. 

I have regretting the crowns they did since day 1. 4 years on they are loose and painful and were poorly done in the first place (shaped too large, one visibly shorter than the other and both shorter but wider than my other teeth) so I will need to get them redone but will be getting ceramic ones following some proper dental advise. 

Please avoid this dental practice at all costs. I would hate for someone to have to be going through what I am going through right now, i wouldn't wish it on anyone.

My second visit here, my first visit wasn’t all that, i was literally in the chair for 5 mins, had an X ray and a very quick look over, wasn’t thorough at all. So i was recommended to see the hygienist, which i booked in and the receptionist hadn’t “booked me in”, i sat there for 30 mins with my baby, and when i got to the desk she was rude saying i need to rebook, and it would of been pushing it to finish at 1pm, well do the maths, my appointment was for 30 mins so if i was SEEN on time, i would of finished at 1. For your stupid incompetency, I shouldn’t have to rebook, you should of done your level best to keep me in the door. I will walk an extra mile to visit my old dentist all the way in Hampstead. Your receptionists are your front line for business and I’m afraid to say, they’re doing a rubbish job. I will NOT be rebooking or recommending your practice.

This practice is so friendly and so helpful. Was referred by my dentist who refused to do a root canal and said I had to have the tooth extracted. When I explained situation to dentist he took me to the upstairs clinic and has saved me from losing my tooth which I am ever so grateful for. Can't thank them enough

I phoned up to book an appointment, I was referred here by my dentist. The receptionist was incredibly rude and quite thick, as someone who works in customer service I would never speak to a client that way. All I wanted was to book an appointment. 

The actual dentists may be good I don't know  I refuse to use a place that hires such obnoxious staff.

I used to have Jan but he must of retired my new dentist now. Isnt intrested if your not paying for your treatment  he does very little. Had a check up today and for my wisdom tooth to be looked at he didnt check my teeth as i said i had pain in my back wisdom tooth but it had subsided he said come back when the pains back and declined to check my other teeth as he had checked the wisdom tooth although it was my 6 month check up anyway.
