First time I've been and I wasn't disappointed,the fish crab and prawns were absolutely lovely and fresh as was the giant oysters I will definitely be back for more

Really nice display of fish. Chose some Salmon, cook in oven while I made a cheese sauce and salad. Quick and easy meal. Fish really fresh, really tasty. Will go back.

Freshly frozen food...

Fresh seafood sold on affordable prices,but not all sea foods are.

If there were zero stars they will get it. I got some blue crabs and a boilt one. When I got home the ammonia odour was so bad that I didn't want to get food poisoning so I bin all of them. Never again. It's a shame u can not get a decent fishmonger in central Manchester.  Bests one I have found is Out of the Blue in Chorlton.

People who reviewed need to realise they are two different fish shops! Whales fish and direct fisheries...Staff were so approachable and helpful, best fish ive ever tasted hands down
