Great stationary shop. Always get my Parker pens and 're fills no messing around. Its been in bury a long time this shop. Always busy and sells all the new release books.
Great customer service - even if the cashier did make fun of my accent but it was all in jest. Didn't really look at what products where avail able to buy I was just looking to buy some red bull so can't comment on products. Staff was very friendly.
Excellent wide range of books for all ages. We have a 10 week old baby so we were looking for children's books we can read to him in the future and they had a lot of choices.
A well stocked WH Smith, clean, tidy, and friendly staff. Air conditioned too, excellent in hot weather. Always feels like a treat to buy a book at WH Smith.
Rude staff who moan at you browsing magazines for a while. I'll buy when ready not when im told to. It is not easy being an adult with dyslexia and they made it quite clear I was annoying them. I asked for a book and because it was under a crate they had placed on a table of books. She sneered at me said all the books are out and went swiftly back to her conversation. Then as I was leaving empty handed after much difficulty she said at a volume loud enough for me to hear " It bugs me when young people come in asking for things, they drive away all the old people, are the only ones who bother to buy anything here".
It's a good place to browse books etc. and the usual stationery items, but it's another high street store that seems expensive in the internet age. £30 instore for ink cartridges, £17 online?! Where would you shop?
Is a very well stocked outlet with a fast choice of monthly publications, books and stationary. The shop does look very tired though and the lighting could be better.
Typical W H Smiths. Good selection of magazines. All the latest book releases. Wide range of stationery. Planners, notebooks, pens & pencils. A bit of something for everyone...
Great selection of items, especially magazines and stationary. Only letdown is there only ever seems to be one person on tills so paying for goods isn't as quick as it could be.
Curly haired blonde woman behind the till is rude. Will not be coming her again, needs to learn manners
