This couple work hard to support the local community. They are helpful and often provide items such as sellotape/a big envelope to customers, which is over and above. They assisted me with a passport renewal and I received it in a few days. This is always my go-to Post Office!
The man serving looked at me like I was an tedious annoyance. Not one smile, despite my smiling polite enquiry. Mumbled everything. Felt really quite uncomfortable.
Highly recommend using this post office. I had a very complicated driving licences situation. The lady couldn't have been more helpful and I can't thank her enough. She was friendly and patient.

Seems to be a common ‘mistake’ by the staff in this post office, charged for something more expensive than what is requested. I asked for second class delivery and have looked back at my receipt after and seen that I’ve been charged for first class. A lot of online reviews say they have done this so it seems it’s not just a simple mistake and a way to earn some more money. Also, I’ve now posted 2 things via this post office and all have been lost I assume this is something to do with it being extremely messy everywhere in the shop.
