Been going here with my Dad for a long time now. Nice place to play golf. Always try to go early as we aren't the quickest around the 9 hole. They have a driving range putting pitching a restaurant golf store for merchandise. So on. Recently because of the heat the grass is a little dry but doesn't bother the fun.
This review is based on the driving range. I have been a few times and really enjoyed the inrange system allowing you to track your shots. This range varies from amateurs trying to improve their game, but also is accessible for people wanting to enjoy the game but also making it fun with drinks and food. The cafe is nice and I had the opportunity to relax and drink a coffee in the sun after being at the range. I am yet to try out the 9 hole and 18 hole course but will do another review for that when I do.
It’s a nice place but 90 balls has increased by 20% over refurb of range which I don’t feel warrants it. Also you can only pay online. So, my friend who has memory loss and cannot work through the app was told cannot pay by card in shop so he was stumped and embarrassed. More flexibility required. Also when I order a baguette I don’t expect two slices of bread. Not sure I’ll return.
We had a superb Christmas lunch, there was an excellent balloon crafter who could produce anything festive and Santa came and handed out some quality toys to the youngsters. I can highly recommend the Wexham Park Golf Center.
Great range! Although it’s a shame it doesn’t open early anymore. It would be great for it to be open weekdays at 7am to get a session in before work.
We'd booked a room for a late Christmas party. Lunch was really lovely, plenty of it, and very well plated and served. Friendly staff.
Very nice and cosy place to relax. The cafe serves delicious breakfast and an awesome variety of drinks. Good place for winding down.
Nice golf course. Some areas are under renovation, I believe is going to be extended a bit. Grass and greens are in fairly good condition. There are petrol buggies available for rent. There is a shop and a bar on site.
This is my home course, the staff are great. The ladies section is accommodating and lots of friendly people. A place to checkout.
Blue course - Only 3 stars re the dry fairways, due to the weather which can't be helped, and the works. Usual fogey moaning at us. Lack of mapping we didn't know where the greens were on some holes. 3rd tee could do with a sign saying 3rd tee...HOWEVER, despite all this the fairways were playable, greens were fab, staff friendly and helpful. Overall excellent valuebooking online and a pleasurable round. TQ
