Decent selection of clubs. Friendly staff. Didn't feel rushed or forced into anything I didn't believe was a good fit for me. I would recommend this store.
Went into store to purchase new set of clubs. Initially impressed but then realised that all the salesperson wanted was a sale. This would have been a big purchase, needed to try a range of clubs and driver. After the second club, they'll suit you, wish to make a purchase sir? Err no, trying 2 doesn't mean a range. Then made a purchase and got sarcasm at the till. Won't be back.
We had great customer service from Michael 2 days in a row. First he helped my husband pick a new driver and then today he helped with our 7 year old get his first set of clubs. Michael made a big fuss of son and we left with a very happy boy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.
Jack at American Golf Slough Branch really helped me out during a Custom Fitting appointment for my 1st new set of Golf clubs. He was very informative, detailed and helpful. Great experience. Most recommended. Will be back for sure! Thank you.

I popped down to American Golf in Slough today in a very short notice for a fitting. It's my first proper set of clubs that I was looking to purchase. Cameron was kind enough to teach me a lot about the principles of clubs, they're purposes and how the meterials and quality is important to be suited for every player. Since I'm new to the game and out of practise Cameron was patient enough for me to get into the rhythm of hitting the ball decently consistently during which he gave me a brief lesson and advice. He explained to me how the ball behaves according to my swing and why the cobra package set is ideal for me. Overall a great experience, very informative and couldn't have asked for anything else. Great service overall and definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for golf related purchases. Max
Superb service! I spoke with "Mo" in particular. I've walked away from this shop extremely impressed with the staff's knowledge and attitude. As an amateur golfer my knowledge isn't great and I do rely on information from online searches, from friends and from personal trial and error. Going into the shop I was worried I'd be attacked with sales pitches if I made the staff aware that I'm inexperienced but looking to spend in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and genuine Mo was. There was no pressure to purchase any items whatsoever, just a professional attitude and a passion for golf. He seemed genuinely interested to know if there was anything he could do for me or any guidance I was looking for. I asked many questions and he politely share this own experiences and knowledge that has helped his game that he felt I could benefit from. I walked out of that shop not purchasing a single item, but they did reserve footwear for me elsewhere that I picked up the same day. I will certainly be back.
Can't thank the guys enough especially Vaughan The PGA Pro for all his time and efforts in helping me with the custom fit of my clubs. His knowledge was a massive help and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable . He also gave me a few tips that have already made a big difference to my game. Thank you again guys would definitely Recommend a visit.
A store that makes you come back again and again! What makes it that special a. Wide range of assortments under one roof b. Knowledge and friendly staff who are patient and ensure a great experience each time. c. The staff make sure you are fully assessed via the simulators before they make a final recommendation on the equipment. Overall a great store and fantastic experience
The fitting team were a great help. Their experience was greatly appreciated. Not pushy salesman. Really made me feel like they were there for the benefit of my game.
