What a service and what an introduction to my new bike. The owner Paul is not only knowledgeable but humble and in no way demeaning like some bike shops. Could have talked biking all day long. This little shop on a busy street in Hartlepool will one day be no doubt a bigger enterprise if all customers are treated like I was. After taking home had a few questions and all were answered by email within minutes. A nice touch was the follow up call to ensure I understood all the tech talk. Thanks again and good luck. Just wish this shop was closer to me as it's a bit far from Northumberland to go for some essential day to day spares.

I bought a Whyte bike at this shop after doing some online research into stockists locally. Wetrocknride came highly recommended and I was not disappointed with the professionalism shown towards me. I left with a brand new bike one very happy customer. The shop even offered me a free service after a year of owenership which I duly took them up on. Nothing was too much hassle and Paul the owner went out of his way to provide me with a first class service. Well done. I will be back for a new bike, once I wear this one out. But with regular top services in the shop this will probably be a while.

Great service and aftercare, from the guys. I've Had a gt power series pro and a whyte t130rs from WetrockNride and both Bikes have been absolutely faultless Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Good service and great product's, paul took his time to explain all the features of her new bike to my daughter. He also gave good advise and a little refresh on riding and using brakes etc. I would highly recommend and I will be using again in the future. Thank you Paul and all of the staff.

Bought a Marin bike for my partner a year back at a great price, been back since for a service and great advice regarding parts and what's best value for money. Will definitely be taking my business back there in the future. Top Marks!!! 👍👍👍
