Visited 17/1/23. Would like to thank Jake for replacing front bulb. Arrived 6.15pm and away by 6.25pm. Brilliant service and great customer service. Would recommend him and Halfords
Repaired a tyre on a Sunday, when I thought it was shot from a puncture and when they wouldn't be open. Cracking service for £25 to save an expensive tyre and get the car back on the road. Happy days!
New battery fitted straight away, all done within 15 minutes, cant fault them

A Sunday afternoon taking my grandson & granddaughter into the Hartlepool branch of Halfords to buy them both a bike should have been a pleasant experience but sadly it was not, very short on staff. One guy who was serving at the center till and one guy behind the service counter who didn't have the time to assist with finding the right size etc. It took an age to be served and in the end because of the limited help I only bought 1 bike instead of the intended 2 bikes. My grandson will have to wait for another weekend before I can buy him a bike. Very poor service all because there wasn't enough staff..

Thanks Jake excellent service very knowledgable , fitted headlight bulb for me , he had to take the full headlight out to change the bulb but nothing was a problem for him
