First visit. Highly anxious and phobic, even just making the call. Found the receptionist friendly and understanding.  Appointment given for next day.
Sophie (dental nurse) and Matt (B.D.S) we're very patient and understanding. 
 Matt calmed my nerves so much I only needed one relaxtion/distraction technique instead of the usual 4! Huge deal for me.  He explained each time before doing anything, and reassured me the whole time. After consultation he explained the course of treatment, options, and suggestions clearly and reassuringly. 

This is a brilliant team.  I'm glad I went.  Round 2 next.

Since the changeover to the new dentists hve been increasingly disappointed with them. Today sums up my experience..need my tooth fixed after disintegrating on me...no appts for a fortnight. Great!:

I have been a patient at this practice for almost 30 years and in that time I have never had cause for issue or concern, quite the opposite in fact as everyone is so kind and helpful.  I'm mid 50's and still have all my own teeth apart from two which were removed as a child, so I think that alone speaks volumes about Mr Campbell's fantastic dentistry skills and his caring attitude towards his patients.
Special mention also to Jude, Mags and Kirsty who really are the best and ever so friendly with smiles all round.
It's a wonderful dental practice and I'll continue to be a patient as long as I have teeth...so, looks like I'll be there for the longterm.  ;-)

Absolute shambles. My and my family had been going to this practise for years. And each and everytime we went we were made to feel very low. It didn't matter what the issue was that we had, it was as if we were a burden. So now we have taken our custom to a dentist that actually wants to help and is nice to their customers. Someone with mr Campbell's attitude should not be allowed to be in this line of work.
