Joined practice about six months ago after I moved into area. I find it very difficult to get an appointment. This was  not what Doctor who did my induction into practice thought he indicated appointments were easy to get and quick. Certainly not what I have found massive building with it would appear not a lot going on?

New massive building built in wain as even less patients can get to see a doctor. 

I’ve traveled across the world and lived in many different countries to compare and let you know that the UKs Healt service is a pure disgrace and a spit into face of patients. 

There’re doctors as much as patients although they accept patients once every 30-50 minutes despite the average reception lasts 10 minutes. 

I’m sitting here waiting to see doctor with a serious thing that I can’t cure without prescription. Despite that I said it’s been 2 weeks and getting only worse. 

Few patients were absent but despite that doctors just go back and spend those 30 minutes on their own as they would have a patient. 

Entire building is almost empty but still I wait and wait. 

There are 2 receptionists at one practice (4 practices on the floor. 4 floors). These receptionists are just laughing all the time as despite its Monday there are very little people. You could let go 16 receptionists and hire 16 more doctors, ya jobsworths. 

Speakers broadcasting annoying advertising all the time. Seriously!? You’re earning on patients stuffing them with this rubbish. I wana break these speakers because my head is falling apart. Put classical music, only!!!

Oh and they force you to go home and wait a call so you don’t see how them doctors are doing nothing. Yes it’s well obvious that these twits are doing nothing all day. 

Disgrace. Shame.

Certainly much nicer place than it used to be. Had to get an appointment sooner rather than later and managed to the same afternoon. Good experience compared to what I'm used to in the past, but it's not a smooth experience if you have anything less urgently wrong with you.

My review is based on the kittoch medical practice (formally known as the blue suite). Ive been coming here since i was a kid and ive had no problems whatsoever. Receptionists are very polite and all doctors in this practice are helpful, especially dr wilson who ive found to be an exceptional doctor. He always takes the time to talk and puts my mind at rest. 

In response to kims review.. a 1star review because your mum is claustrophobic isn't the medical practices fault! The lifts are a spacious size. Unfortunately teleportation machines aren't invented yet, so its either the stairs or she takes the lift. You could get her moved to a different floor, that would seem a more logical thing to do.
