Was told the price of the products but not the fact I was going to be charged 4.00 per item to dispense them as well as vat, plus they asked me if I wanted a follow up check up, rang back to find out they would have charged me  30 pounds to look into her ear and tell me it was fine, I could do that myself, so cancelled this appointment. It has become really expensive, will be looking for another vet, I suspect that is why the one in Walker closed down the clients simply could not afford the increased prices.
