This is the best indoor court in London, in my opinion, Should definitely check it out.nAlso, they have a shop right next to the entrance, very convenient.
Be very careful using the westway car park. Euro car parks who manage the parking charged me £40 for staying over their 5hr limit in the car park. It goes from 5hrs to 7 days, meaning if you stay for kore than 5 hours you have to pay for 7 days worth of parking. That for face a £100 fine for non payment of parking!
The gym is awful. I've been a member for a week and everytime I go I'm grossed out, there's never any tissue or 1 spray to clean the gym machines with, weights with the rubber ripping off, music WAY too loud - even with my music on full blast I can still hear what they're playing.nnI complained about there not being tissue and 40mins later no one had come to replenish it - they said they got in contact with their team and someone will do it! There were 3 people sat at reception, surely one of them could have done it.nnThey also advised a pool, there isn't one.nnThe only reason I go is because it's close to home.
Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 stars.nWorst service ever !nI came at 10 15 to rent a racket, as expressed on the website the option was there.nThe shop was closed and the receptionist answer was: “next time you should bring your racket”.nnAt the end we had to find a soliton on our own losing 30min of the hour we paid.nObviously no refund policy or apologies was included in the service.nn#cheap
It was my first time here and I must say this is a very very clean gym. I was so impressed. When you enter the centre you are greeted with lovely staff. All facilities are exceptionally clean and spacious.
