Had this company out to give me a quote on cavity wall insulation. The surveyor advised that a part of the property had already been insulated therefore only a small part needed doing (with witnesses). On the quote, they quoted for the whole property and when asked why, the surveyor said he never said that part of the property was insulated. Won't use someone I don't trust

Had work done to the house 3 months back. While doing so there workers damaged property around my garden. Having done so after complaining their Managing director Ian whom I have had many conversations with tryed to say I was lie in having had seen them do it and now being called a liar!! I had to get NCHA to force them to pay up and even having been told to pay for the damage it has taken 2 months to send a cheque. The first time they were told to not send it out supposively and yet again they were caught lieing. Having then got NCHA to sort it out the worst is even the office workers lie having also been told a reason for the delay the second time is they changed banks and then after hanging up the Managing director then saying the reason is they only just got my address. Hmm who is telling the truth. They are awful people with no manners and just lie through their teeth. If you want a good job completed do not use them as they will destroy your garden and anything in it and then say where is the proof like they have never been there!!

Disorganized Firm, would stay well away, Been in the game over 25 years and still do not stick to their word and will waste your time with Rubbish service.
