Really happy with the house had some minor issues which been sorted in reasonable time Time will tell if it's a good build though! We are a bit disappointed because we reffered our friends and they bought a house as well but we never received the refferal bonus...Still looking forward to it
Really nice and quiet neighbourhood. Semi-detached property that has a lot of back yard space. Extended the home with a 12 metre squared conservatory that allows natural into the house. Own driveway with two parking slots. Walking distance from Sportsdirect warehouse and brand max. Alot of places to go walking and treat yourself to the natural environment full of trees and parks with trails.
Professional and helpful advise from the sales person. Quiet and peaceful development, well finished and in the lovely area. Parkland in proximity. Public footpath adjacent tkthe development. Pleasure to walk around.
The roofs on these new builds are the best I’ve seen
