Ordered at 4:40. 5:35 said it was delivered but wasnt. Then called the restaurant to be told it was on the way and was hung up on. Arrived at 6:15 and was lukewarm. Both boxes of chicken wings came with 4 peices not six. One box had two wings and two legs instead of four wings. Chicken was covered in hair and the bbq sauce was claggy. Curry sauce had layer of oil on top and was runny with many lumps. Called to complain and was told to bring it up with just eat clearly was not interested

Disrespectful disrespectful disgusting = do not ever order from here the place has spiders ,place has mold, we ordered and we where waiting for 2hrs for food that didn’t come , and refused to give a refund- so we went to the restaurant , and it got worse , customers service poor , communication poor , the place was disgusting looks like it has not been cleaned there was bugs and much more , the reviews previously speak for them self .nAlso I will provide pictures so u can see how it looks like your self.

Absolutely awful, the food took 2 hours to arrive. The food was soggy and genuinely tasted disgusting. I tried to call the number for the restaurant 4 times to find out where the food was and they didn't pick up. When the food arrived it was rancid and the drinks were not the ones I ordered. It's criminal that this is on Uber eats under a different name and I only reviewed a £1 refund on a £28 order.

Shocking service. Paid 2.50 for delivery, said it was going to be an hour. Ordered at 5:30 finally arrived three hours later at 8:20. Staff completely unapologetic about delay, I called three times to check on the order, firstly after 90 mins so 30 mins late. Blatantly lied to me over the phone saying it was out for delivery and would be about 10 minutes. Food bland and order wrong when it finally arrived, but surprisingly it was still warm.nnAvoid Avoid Avoid. Absolutely rubbish

Order today takeaway but then received I dish missing house special chowmein. I tried calling but no one answered phone even left a message with complaints of the food service quality but still no answer. Lacking on how to deal with complaints of customer. Paid on delivery. Just imagine if I paid with justeat app might be worse. Its ashamed how business like this don't know how to deal with customers complaints. I work as delivery person and I can do a better job than the ones running not doing the job some foods nice but service extremely poor.
