Awful service!nWent to return a Yodel package, a package containing 3 boxes of shoes, and the cashier turned me away saying they don’t accept large boxes. The post bag for all the parcels was empty but the she said they’d be patrons with Xmas presents etc coming which I guess take precedence over my parcel! I wish there was information about their criteria to save me the trip!
I love popping into this shop any time I pass by . Even if I only need a pint of milk or a paper . My real reason is the beautiful hard working lovely family that run this small business. They are kind and caring. Always up for a chat if you want one . A proper community shop which every village needs .
Unfortunately, my experience at this store was very unpleasant. The woman behind the counter was rude and aggressive, which made me very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Zero stars If I could . They forced me to pay £3 on my card even though I clearly didn’t want to and try to get my bank details
