I’m there every day, buying my silk cut silvers !nThe team are very welcoming, and just today Jaya asked how my hospital appointment went yesterday . I was blown away! Old village feel . Brilliant team who are having to deal with the population boom in Haddenham
Some of the staff are ok. There's a few that can't speak English. Proves very difficult to get the correct cigarettes. That's when you get service. I personally don't understand how you get a job in a country where you can't communicate.nI will say however if there's a chap called Andy there. White guy grey hair he is the baker. He will help you. Always good food when he's on as well .
Not a bad selection, although they often seem to not be stocked up. The worst thing BY FAR however are the horribly noisy self-checkout tills which are obnoxious, for that reason my wife and I only go here as a last resort because they give us a headache!
The staff, in my experience, have never been rude. Why would they? This store is a very useful local amenity in Haddenham and I shop there often. Quite the best shop in Haddenham with incredible opening hours.
I used the store this morning and felt it necessary to write a review, albeit a negative one, due to the unhelpful attitude of the Staff. They need some training in Customer Service.
