Some of the staff are ok. There's a few that can't speak English. Proves very difficult to get the correct cigarettes. That's when you get service. I personally don't understand how you get a job in a country where you can't communicate.nI will say however if there's a chap called Andy there. White guy grey hair he is the baker. He will help you. Always good food when he's on as well .
Not a bad selection, although they often seem to not be stocked up. The worst thing BY FAR however are the horribly noisy self-checkout tills which are obnoxious, for that reason my wife and I only go here as a last resort because they give us a headache!
I got food poisoning from a cheese and ham sandwich from there, purchased at 1pm on 23/3/24.nnHave tried phoning but no one picks up. Have reported to the environmental health at Bucks Council
The staff, in my experience, have never been rude. Why would they? This store is a very useful local amenity in Haddenham and I shop there often. Quite the best shop in Haddenham with incredible opening hours.
The new staff are rude, my son lost change before he pay then payed by card when ask one of the staff instead to help him she was asking him r u sure?? And look at him strangely, i was shocked . Unacceptable to be rude to a child .nI’m really speechless .
