Many thanks to Glenn, who helped us 3 March 08 when our boiler condense pipe froze. We were actually enquiring whether our care plan covered a  24/7 call out service but he took two calls from us on a freezing Saturday evening, talked us through the process, reassured us and helped us to unfreeze the pipe and resolve the problem. He didn't need to help us but he did. Brilliant service.

Called up about a boiler not igniting and an engineer was sent around the next day at 9am, promptly fixed the issue and serviced the boiler and also answered any questions we had. Great service would recommend.

I paid £90 to Westminster Heating to take the front off the boiler, dust the pipes and check the pressure i.e. to do nothing. I have since looked at what a service should have entailed. It is comprehensive. I will not use them again
