We received an exceptional service from Bill and his staff. All members of staff gave their time at short notice to select and fit a carpet for my farthers return from hospital. Fantastic service from showroom to completion, a well established family business and the service and quality of workmanship was first class. I had all upstairs carpeted and the downstairs laminated with tricky work around heritage radiators and stone fireplace - can't recommend these enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Note I was a returning customer from +10years ago and the company were exceptional then and have maintained that high level of service. Sincere thanks to Bill, James, Paul and Dave - what a team !
Didn’t receive products-no one knows what each other is doing from job to job ,fitters walking over garden area and still fitting new carpet which is your pride and joy lol-fitter left waiting for pick up outside in the rain!!!sorry Bill Awful.
Used Bill Samson carpets for the first time this week but will it won't be the last . Picked the carpet Tuesday he measured up on Thursday and it was fitted today Friday. Good price, quick service ,fitted well .very pleased..Great service
