Absolutely shocking service! The team are very slow and unprofessional and not helpful at all specially the 'manager' Katie as she was very unresponsive to calls and emails. The accommodation itself is amazing, I stayed for two years but the staff are just so slow with issuing paper work and not professional at all.
Great, efficient, friendly. Simply Moving have had to deal with these on lots of occasions recently and they are very professional.
