With out doubt a bad experience!! The company was asked to project manage for our home following a dispute with our housing association on a number of disrepair items following a major water leak.nThe company sub contracted the work to a third party and failed to keep to a schedule. Causing financial loss and the workmanship was appalling to a degree they was asked by ourselves to leave the premises.nWe have photographic proof and videos and the project manager professional comments to us via email when we sent the pictures and video was ‘you didn’t let us finish, so it is irrelevant’.nWe have had to spend a weekend with our own builders and a plumber unpicking the poor workmanship and repairing our bathroom so it is once again useable.nTotally disgusting service and two weeks of hell. The project manager on Friday even managed to make my wife so upset she broke down in tears.nNo more than unsympathetic and rude.
Very responsive, team they sent out were very knowledgeable and nothing was to much of an ask. Would recommend without hesitation.nThank you Westmade.
