Very poor customer service. Price increased disproportionately when a change was made then refused to take the order at point of ordering with manufacturer as it was not the complete order. Quote was itemised and no mention throughout that it was an inclusive cost, even after discussions of us having to source some parts elsewhere were made. We were having to constantly chase to ensure paperwork was correct and answers correct. Incredibly bad customer service.

My mother-in-law received a quote in August, and accepted it by email, we didn't receive any confirmation or terms and conditions from them, she passed away in September, my father-in-law didn't want the window, so we contacted them to tell them. They said it was too late as the window had been made, so said the window had to be paid for even if he didn't have it fitted, or have it fitted and pay the full amount, he went ahead and had it fitted, the invoice arrived today in my mother-in-law's name, despite the fact they'd been told that she had died, unbelievable.

Thank you RFM my new front door it is wonderful and your fitters so nice and helpful they also left everything nice and tidy, When I need a new kitchen door I will come back to you,I would like to thank Tricia for her taste in door furniture she has a good eye for colour.

Used this company to sort out my elderly parents windows out. Service was very good and the price was reasonable, staff at all levels were polite and understanding when dealing with older customers. RMF were recommended by local customer's  and I have no issues with furthering this fact. A+++

All I can say is a sincere thank you to all at RFM Windows for providing an excellent service. You have managed to totally transform our house into a more modern and desirable looking property thanks to the new windows and doors which you installed. Steve, Mark and Dan, the fitters, were brilliant and they are a real credit to your company. All the fitters were polite, respectful and took pride in their work. They arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process and left the job spotless at the end of each day. I first reported a peeling problem with the windows I purchased from RFM in November 2022. Despite having phoned and emailed them on numerous occasions I am no nearer to getting the problem resolved and have had very little response from them .They seem very reluctant to honour the guarantee

I have had all my windows patio doors and front door replaced and was very pleased with the completed job.the seventh of november to the eleventh 2022,  the tradesmen did a great job and cleaned up every day before they left. The quote was very reasonable considering the ammount of work carried out.I would recommend RFM windows.
