This is the surgery of an elderly relative and I have been taking her to to see doctors there. I have received the kindest and best help, on her behalf, from reception to phlebotomist.

nurses think they know better than the doctors! they are quick to judge you when they know nothing about what's happened. awful service and dreadful people skills. NEVER go to this doctors.

Just called to make an appointment. My boyfriend is type 1 diabetic and has just recently registered with the practice. He is running low on insulin and test strips Unfortunately no appointments are available for well over a week. Reception staff not helpful and now wondering if we both change to another practice. This is NOT good enough.

I believe this pharmacy is a joke , there are next to no communication skills and the appointment booking process is pathetic, the instructions are very vague and the waiting line is shocking
