We contacted this pharmacy as a last resort for an urgent request that needed to be dealt with quickly, and we’re so glad we did. Before travelling over, I called twice to check whether they could help, and on both occasions the staff were incredibly friendly, reassuring, and helpful.nnWhen we arrived, the pharmacy was quite busy, but the pharmacist saw us promptly and was able to assist with our son’s needs. The service we received was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring.nnWe are extremely grateful to the pharmacist and the whole team for their help, especially at such short notice and on a Sunday. It’s a shame we live further away, otherwise this would definitely be our regular pharmacy. Highly recommended!
Day Night Pharmacy dispense hundreds of prescriptions a day and in fact something like over 20,000 items per month. The staff are on their feet all day working their socks off for all of us They dispense not only scripts in the shop but automated scripts from the GP'S surgeries. Medicines too have to be ordered and put away twice daily. So you can see that they all work incredibly hard with politeness without complaint a smile and a sprinkle of humour if the occasion arises. Despite previous negative reviews of Day Night they will always go the extra mile for you if needs be. So if you use this pharmacy please wait patiently for your prescription give them a smile and a thank you to the ladies and gentlemen who work really hard for your benefit. Remember all things come to those who wait. Also please remember your prescription has to be accurate so it may take a little time. So if you are not happy please go and find another pharmacy and not moan about a perfectly brilliant pharmacy in the review section. Personally I think they are all amazing and am extreemly grateful for all the help they have given me over many years. Thank you Day Night pharmacy I will be forever grateful to you all.
Poor customer service. I had cause to visit on the afternoon of Thursday 21st May 2026 in attempt to get a prescription item dispensed.nThere were a lot of staff present - obviously busy.nNot many customers waiting.nWhen I did get served it was established the prescribed medication was not in stock however what was disappointing, when it was suggested to the woman serving me white middle aged and wearing spectacles - by another staff member that it could be ordered in, she declined stating there were too many tablets on the prescription!nI then visited the Pharmacy in Chasetown High Street and found a completely different experience - not in stock but ordered to be delivered the next day. The young lady on the counter at Chasetown Pharmacy could not have been more helpful or pleasant.
Great Staff, and always helpful.nWoke up on a bank holiday weekend without inhaler for my asthma. Called night and day and was unaware you can fill in an online 111 emergency repeat prescription. Thank you night and day pharmacy, for answering the phone on a Sunday, and helping me get my prescription.
I have always found the staff very helpful but I must give a special mention to David who I saw this morning. He went above and beyond and helped me so much. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient and I can't thank him enough. As mentioned, all of the staff are excellent.
