Absolutely shocking!! Ordered through the just eat app and delivery was late meaning my daughter didn't end up having the meal, food was cold and fish batter was soggy. When I called up to ask where my food was 15 mins after time they said they were going to deliver this man said they were very busy and called me darling after every other word. Completely unprofessional. Food was disgusting and they really won't be getting my custom again!!!
This place is under new management and its now firmly our favourite chip shop/kebab shop in the area. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. Generous portions and delicious chicken shish and chicken doner kebabs. We will be regulars now thats for sure!
Chips very soft, soggy and brown. Chicken nuggets are just a cut up chicken burger and the saveloy was hard and crunchy. Much better places around don’t settle for this.
No way would I even give this place a 1 star rating. The fish is not even tasty you can buy better in Iceland and I never shopped there absolutely filthy you've only got pass the shop window and look inside behind the counters enough said. I DONT RECOMMEND!
Worst chips i have had. So over cooked or re-heated that i ended up throwing them away. What a waste of my money & time by coming here last week. Go somewhere else to eat.

The shop is under new management and is now called 'Westcliff Fish & Kebab'. The staff are very friendly and the food is cheap, delicious and quick. What more could you want?
Will never be ordering from here again made a order to be delivered at half 7 to then be told it will arrive at 21.15 then I find out it won’t be here for a further hour we have waited 3 and a half hours to finally have our food turn up at 22.50 to find out they have messed our order up not happy. Poor service
Chips at best warm .want a kebab NO chance staff during the evening very slow and not helpful at all £1.50 for warm chips i find there prices over the top . My advice find a better chip bar .
I bought a portion of chips that was not only freshly cooked but big enough to feed 3 people. Excellent value for money.
