Booked a childrens gymnastics party with the team. Our son and his friends and cousins had the best time today. The instructors were wonderful and very patient with each of their abilities. The party room after was wonderfully decorated and just a wonderful relaxing space to use.nThe team were incredibly thoughtful for our sons special day. Price of the party was very competitive but it was so nice for the children to do something different. Our son has said hes already missing the gymnastics so we will be looking at lessons.nWould highly recommend for anyone looking for a really wonderful, different party with a relaxed atmosphere and thoughtful team.
Daughter loves her classes here! Moved from another gym over a year ago and wouldn’t change now! Staff/coaches are lovely
Was left feeling rather disappointed after our experience with this place. Very poor communication and very hard and difficult to get hold of someone. Had our direct debit messed up after I set it up at the beginning , I emailed to ask why it was cancelled but didn’t hear anything back, to then get an email a few days later saying my son couldn’t attend if I didn’t set up a direct debit? So I explained it was down to them not me, I set one up again and made sure it was all correct. After a couple of sessions my son decided it was not for him not down to the staff giving the classes at all but down to his preference and told this to staff face to face. After me and my partner both trying to ring them multiple times and emailing, and not getting hold of anyone or hearing anything back, emailing a few times I still was charged for the next month. Called many times again and leaving voicemails to try and sort it out to hear nothing back but eventually get a call saying it’s too late for me to get a refund. I was told I need to give more notice but there is no communication to give notice to! so for this reason if my son wants to try gymnastics again we will be looking elsewhere and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else unfortunately. Not down to the classes itself but down to management.
The gymnastic classes my six year old granddaughter attends here have boosted her confidence no end, not only in agility but in every day matters. Since starting lessons, about two years ago, her concentration, posture and demeanor has come on in leaps and bounds.nShe also loves the sessions and is disappointed if she is unable to attend due to holidays or illness.nStaff are very helpful, friendly and encouraging too.nnGranddaughter is now eight and still loves coming here.nShe totally missed it during lockdown and this did impact on her quite a lot.nThankfully it didn't take long for her to get back into the swing of things and she is once again progressing nicely here.
Had a great kids party here. The staff were great with the kids and we thought it was excellent value for money.nnEveryone had a great time. Thank you
