I have trained with both Dean and Andy and have to say they are fantastic. I started a year ago and it has completely changed my view of exercise - I used to dread it and now I'm completely addicted! The sessions are motivational as well as fun and there is a real mix of different exercises every week so that you don't get bored. I recently completed a 10k assault course which helped to show me how much my fitness level has increased in such a short time. I cannot recommend Tri4Fitness enough!

Wow. The one word I would use to describe my journey with Tri4Fitness. I have been training with Dean for almost a year on and off (work dependent) and it has been amazing! When I was at school, I would do anything to get out of doing exercise, I hated it.... Now I am doing 2 personal training sessions a week and loving it! Dean is so patient and accommodating, and changes up the exercises to suit each persons needs. Tribe sessions are brilliant too.. Affordable and such a good laugh that you don't feel like you're doing exercise which is always a bonus! Thank you Tri4Fitness! 👍🏻

Andy has been my personal trainer for a number of years and whilst challenging I thoroughly enjoy my personal training sessions. At times I've really struggled with motivation and not believing I am capable of pushing my body to the limits that Andy knows I am capable of. He never lets me quit and had made me realise it is mind over matter. The sessions are really varied so there is always the element of surprise and there are options to train individually or with other people. One of the greatest benefits for me of personal training had been learning to train effectively and doing exercises correctly. This has enabled me to vary my own gym work when working out between sessions. Andy is motivational, knowledgable and patient all qualities needed for a personal trainer - give it a go you won't be disappointed!

My husband I have been working very successfully with Andy at Tri4Fitness for 12 months and have achieved great results. Andy is very professional and as a result of his training we have found it easy to lose weight and we both feel a lot fitter and healthier. We highly recommend his services

When I reached a stage in my life where the saying goes 'use it or lose it' I decided to commit myself to maintaining a decent level of fitness. I knew that I did not have the willpower to do this on my own so decided to look at my options. After much research on the internet I found Andy and following an initial consultation I chose him to be my personal trainer. Andy visits me at home on a weekly basis at a time that suits me. When the weather permits we train in the garden which is my favourite place. The sessions are always unique using a variety of equipment so it's never boring! Andy is able to motivate me to push myself to limits that I would never do without his support. I feel the benefits and would not be as fit and healthy without the exercise that he provides. My husband appreciates how fit I am and has also had his own training programme with Andy. As a person I find Andy to be honest, knowledgable, dedicated, passionate, professional and he definately has a great sense of humour.
