Easy to get to the location, just off of the Wolverhampton ring road. Always enjoy this place whenever I'm around, alone, with my family or friends. Love this park, it is quite big and full of vibrant bits in it. Good for running around, playing football with the kids or just having a lovely picnic. Plenty of space plenty of beautiful trees and flowers around well maintained park really can tell. I love the spring when everything there is green... There is free car parking all around the park and a small cafe which serve Costa drinks. A well maintained and well used Victorian Park.
West Park is vibrant, beautiful, therapeutic and relaxing. I've been for long walks with family and alone. It's also great when the fairs are on. I've been going to this park for many years and it's one of the best parks around in my opinion. I love looking at the swans and watching the ducks and cheeky squirrels. The conservatory is very nice to walk around and there is a pleasant tea room/shop area. Decent toilets although unsure why the light is a dark blue in the disabled toilet? The Park is very well maintained and the trees and flowers are a joy to gaze at. Would like to see some wardens as I saw someone who wasn't too friendly with his two dogs, shouting and swearing which was scary and unpleasant. Although a one off I would have liked to have seen or been able to contact a warden for help/assistance. Overall it's a relaxing time out ps Been trying to no avail adding images of the swans, ducks and scenery but they will not load
Very spacious and lots of fun activities for kids **Tennis courts available for hire*** Nothing more relaxing than peaceful area next to you: No regrets other than the smokers here and there ruin the area. The people should not be allowed to smoke inside the park. People come there to relax and enjoy the breeze from the nature not from poisonous cigarettes. Thats the only drawback. Hopefully management will take care of that and make strict rules for breaking them.
A nice bit of green space almost in the city itself. All the expected amenities like a lake to walk round. Playpark for the kids, flower beds and trees etc. On street parking, outside the park. Cafe serving Costa coffee and stuff. Toilets too.
A breathtaking place to visit with your friends and family. Very spacious and large park with beautiful lake inside and playing area for kids. It is so nice to have a picnic here as well and meditate if you like. Generally speaking it is must be visited if you live around wolverhampton. Free entrance. Free parking for up to 3 hours.
A beautiful site. To walk your dog, take a jog, walk, run or cyle. If you are lover of natural scenery this site is awesome. Got a captiviting pond filled with ducks. Want to enjoy an evening with a lover or loved one, you can cuddle up here watch the sun set while watching the birds and squirrel. I can't wait to see this park blossom in spring
Is a lovely park well mountain where you can just for walks, picnics, walk dogs, feet birds or play tennis
Lovely place to walk and very good park for family and friends and very well maintained, it's been a joy to walk around a specially in autumn there are so many ducks, geese and swans on the lake too I recommend this wonderful park it looked amazing.
A lovely place to take a walk or sit and eat with friends, a good place to walk the dog, take your children or feed the ducks. It is nice to have peaceful green areas like this in built up towns / cities, it is nice to go somewhere to get away from it all. There was a large pond / lake with ducks and swans in, a glass conservatory, several flower beds, a playground for the children and more. We were still there when it was getting dark and we didn't see any gangs drinking or anything like that, so I would safe it is a peaceful safe place to go at any time. Also everywhere was clean and tidy.
Nice, clean park in city location. Lovely Victorian Tearoom/ cafe on the park with seating inside. Playground: Large playground Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly
