If I could give these zero stars I would.what a waste of money. Turned up an hour later than when i was told,making it a waiting time of almost 2 hours. I had to call twice to find out where my food was and she didn't even offer me a refund or a reduction. The food was cold when it turned up and it tasted stale and had a burnt taste to it like the oil was stale and burnt that it was fried in.no refund no apology. I certainly won't be buying from Westpark takeaway again. Appalling food appalling service

shocking second time ordering and both times i ordered i had to ring to find out where the food was. i ordered both times off their website. i ordered a bottle of apple tango the driver 1st denied he had a bottle but was gonna charge me anyway then told me they don't sell bottles only cans then told they don't sell apple tango despite it being on there website then went to his car and produced a orange tango bottle! both times i have ordered there has been at least an hours wait plus another 30mins to an hour after that. if you can't keep up with demands which i think is bull as the food isn't anything to write home about then don't have multiple ways to order. stick to phone orders and walk in's. won't be ordering again maybe with this service and the loss of customers you will be able to keep up with the orders of the people stupid enough to still order with you.

Ordered off just eat twice and had to cancel on both occasions. First order was cancelled last night because the order was an hour late with no contact to explain this, low and behold the driver knocks on my door literally as I finished the call to just eat, suffice to say I went hungry. Second order was tonight and I received a call from just eat saying my order was ignored because the takeaway was so busy. Refund on both occasions. If you can't keep up with demand, then take yourselves off just eat! Will not be ordering again.

Worst Chinese takeaway ever, complete waste of money, their honey mustard chicken should be called chicken in pure mustard, inedible completely!

Food is good ...when it arrives ! Two weeks on the trot have waited more than two hours for delivery , had to ring each time to shake up the place !! Shocking ..
