Plumbers *attempted* to replace a boiler. Put it in the wrong place so they had to hack an extra hole in exterior wall leaving brick dust everywhere and not cleaned up. Also meant the service panel couldn't be opened. Week or so later, when using heating for first time realised it wasnt working, and that they had not fitted a timer (where there was one on the original boiler). They now claimed this wasnt their responsibility as it was a manufacturer's warrantee issue, have to contact them. Two weeks later no working hot water / heating.

Have used West London Plumbing on several occasions over the last few years and have been more than happy with their professionalism, diagnosis and expertise. Have also recommended them to friends and family too.
