Just spoke to Gail in the back office very pleasant ladies. Taking strong meds woke up and missed appointment and feel I was rude to the new lady lisa on the desk so asked for my apologies to be passed on to her. So I give 5 stars to the surgery they all work very hard and can do with people like me being rude to them.
