Thank you to the lovely lady who was so helpful to us this morning at West Heath pharmacy
Previously wrote a poor review, but under new management the place is now a little gem. Service is prompt, staff are helpful and the travel service is excellent. The prices are very competitive too. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, this once great little independent, has gone rapidly downhill. I've popped in three times over the past six months, and been ignored or left waiting by the staff/pharmacist on all occasions - the shop wasn't even busy! I'll look for somewhere else, when visiting Congleton in the future.
So polite, understanding, caring and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Only truly independent pharmacy in the area, and therefore able to supply prescription drugs from many different suppliers. Staff always very helpful. Best pharmacy in town by a mile.
