Excellent pharmacy with a good display area and very helpful staff, who do their very best in offering advice and service. Adequate car park adjacent to premises.
Ignore the phones from 5pm as called almost 20 times since then, they also hang up on you. Yet they are open til 6:30pm so the lines are meant to be open til at least 6pm. Ignorant and arrogant behaviour from professionals. Childish. Can't be bothered to answer the phone after 5pm. Call yourselves professional. My arse is more so.
Not a bad little shop when they have your pills..
The worst pharmacy I could of picked only because it’s conveniently close to my address. Always late with my weekly epilepsy prescription. If there was no star I would of chose that but sadly have to use one star. Would not recommend. Used to be better organised before covid. They don’t even pick up the phone anymore, just put down and very obvious.
Had a bit of a slip this week and forgot to order my repeat prescription with my GP. Thank you to Emily and the rest of the team who managed to sort me out my full script on very short notice so that I didn’t have a break in my medication, it is very much appreciated.
Great place very excellent pharmacist speaking about the main guy. But the helper women do nothing but stare at you from the back with their evil eyes and make you feel uncomfortable and awkward and they have NO RIGHT TO DO SO!!! especially the one who goes in the cupboard cos she seems like a complete and utter simple minded fool. On the whole tho its ok.....if it wasn't for their extremely rude and disgusting use of staring people out who they think they are better than....but they're not better than me cos I have the balls to speak what I'm thinking!!!!!
Staff were great but it took over an hour to process the prescription, I was not told that it would take so long so I stayed. I would have gone for a coffee in the town or returned later that day.
Very poor customer service. Hardly ever answer the phone or reply to emails. Understaffed. Would definitely not recommend!
The Staff are polite caring and although they are on tough schedules they do their utmost to have prescriptions ready. Can’t fault any of the girls there at all.
The staff are excellent,,but the place is in need of a good clean for a medical facility in these times of a national emergency it's not good . The floor is to say grose is not an understatement. It's not seen soap and water for months. !.
