A&E.Very poor service. Waited for 5 hours. Reception staff wash their hands of any responsibility. I Informed staff, i was on verge of blacking out. Lady not interested and did not inform any medical staff. Despite not being able to keep fluids down and throwing up, no feedback at all from medical staff. Problem still there, i am hoping i can manage it without needing an ambulance later
I've had 2 separate dealings with WCH in 8 days and can't fault the exceptional and professional service from all staff members including paramedics. Breast screening experience was exceptional in particular. Polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you.
I have just had some treatment today of which I was dreading, the staff were absolutely fantastic, caring, kind and put me at ease all the way through. Thankyou, I will be forever grateful for your help and kindness X
Absolutely first class care for my elderly mum. From the lovely lady and man on reception at a and e. Even tho busy, took the time to listen to my concerns. The gentleman especially was 110% fantastic. Don't know his name, older gentleman Prob mid 50s he deserves a recognition award
They dont Care About You. They Leave You For Long Periods Of Time After Having A C Section And The Hospital Staff Don't Wear Masks The Place is filthy And Not. A Nice Place To Be. This Is My Experience
Lovely staff. They took good care of me as a patient.
After nearly 3 weeks of my nephew being in a coma I could not thank the staff enough in the ICU at whitehaven.They were the most polite and caring nurses I have ever came across and the physio guys were so great with him.These people deserve to be paid more and I wish them all well in the future.Many many thanks to all that supported my nephew.kind regards Arron athertons family.x
We were visiting from Canada and my son had an accident and needed medical help. We were able to be seen quickly, that staff was SUPER friendly and very professional. Very impressed by the care and attention from everyone from triage to radiology to consultants. Thank you!
Amazing staff on Fairfield ward. Looked after my 2 boys extremely well.
I attended the day case unit today for surgery on my elbow. First class treatment in every respect. All of the staff were diligent, attentive and friendly in the execution of their various roles.
