I had bought a bottle of champagne with was half price from 24 pounds to 12 pounds and when I checked out I had realized i have been charged full price so i went back to customer services and they made out it was my fault because I did not scan my card wich the card was scanned by the cashier and they were talking to me like I was a child This was a very upsetting experience I had been shopping at Morriston for the time the store has been open and have never experienced anything like this before
Previous poor reviews have not been acted upon. Would not eat here again. Small breakfast, Cold Overcooked egg and Broken. Certainly Not freshly cooked. SIMPLY AWFUL
Good sized store, clean tidy and a logical layout. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I havent given 4 stars because this store is regularly missing basic food items, sometimes for over a week ever since COVID lockdown. I cant help but feel that this wouldn't be the case for a store in the middle of a city rather than West Cumbria.
All on one floor easy access for mobility impaired prices are reasonable some good bargains. Staff can be quite unhelpful even rude sometimes not much room in the aisles due to sales baskets not very impressed at all
Haven't been to Morrisons in a while but what a surprise when I visited the store on Thursday. I was surprised at how much downhill the store has gone. No salad, only half a dozen bags of salad potatoes, very little fruit. The rest of the store wasn't much better. Have been shopping at Tesco lately and this visit certainly wouldn't encourage me to return.
Working away, needed to get some tracksuit bottoms as mine were completely soaked, see a Morrisons, think oh, they’ll have some tracksuit bottoms as a ‘basic’ item of clothing, walk in, go to the clothes department to find women and kids clothing an no mens apart from some lounge/night wear and pants/socks, really disappointed, didn’t even have plain t-shirts. I even went to the Tesco “superstore” to end up with the same result..
Very nice,we go about 8 am ,and the check out staff are very nice.,get most of my grocery there.
As of December 2022 Morrisons continues to display this board advertising a non existent vegetarian menu. Please complain as it is really annoying me. There is a placard advertising a vegetarian/vegan menu available on request. I do not believe this exists. I have asked staff and been met with blank looks. Yes there are vegetarian items on the main menu but please show me this mythical vegetarian specific menu!
Mainly use to fill up on petrol. Easy access, and usually good rates. At kiosk or pump payment. Friendly staff. Spot on.
I haven't been and had something to eat in Morrisons Café for over a year and each time I've had my usual Fish Chips & Beans the food never disappoints. Good portion sizes and great service by the staff.
