we booked a taxi for three people woth bikes and so specifically asked for a minibus for the bikes. they sent a four seater and because we were on a tight schedule we had to get two taxis. a cynical person might say it was planned. however if a genuine mistake the taxi drivers were both really nice and they were prompt.

My sister ordered a taxi and made an honest mistake by not ordering a 7 seater. When the taxi arrived, we explained to the driver about the honest mistake and in turn wanted to charge us more than the fair would of actually been even though he only had to travel 2 minutes down the road. Upon speaking to the driver he became very rude to my brother and started to swear at him in front of my 2 and year old daughter. We then told him his behaviour was not acceptable but still persisted to carry on with his rude and aggressive behaviour by threatening to beat my brother up. We asked for a 7 seater and even though it is advertised they are available there reply was that they do not do them. Very very rude company want to charge you for a service that is not even available. Will be reporting them to the council as this is not how a business should be run

I called the number on google to book a taxi to collect us from Ludgvan Church at about 11pm. The person on the end of the phone said he would personally be there in 10-15mins. I was outside by the church in 10mins, waited for 20 mins and the car never turned up. I tried to call numerous times. My call was clearly deliberately being ignored, as the line became engaged on another call at one point. As soon as the line was free, my call continued to be ignored. Had to book with another company and ended up getting home far later than expected. Had I been a lone female, it could have been extremely dangerous as I was waiting in the dark, in a rural place, for over an hour in total. Poor service and frustrating experience.

If you are in Penzance you need to consider this taxi rank as they are so very helpful. We had a problem with where we were staying and our driver spent over an hour helping us find alternate accommodation. So very helpful and friendly. We had 4 drivers during our stay and all of them were chatty, down to earth and were eager to help. The best taxi rank and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Disaster! The taxi company did not turn up. I missed an early morning coach which cost me over £200. Don't trust this company. They lie about bookings for mornings claiming they are evening bookings even though it can be proved this is wrong by their own booking system. Don't believe a word they say. If they promise to turn up they will not honour that promise. Robby Harris
