I was stood waiting for a pre booked taxi this morning at 7.am, I’d expressed how important it was the day before, there was a meeting scheduled that I had to attend. I was promised the taxi would be there for 7am for pick up. I stood there this morning 04.03.24 for 30mins trying to call the firm but with no joy. It’s now 1.55pm and I’ve had no call to explain what happened. As a result the meeting was missed. Extremely unprofessional Extremely unreliable Extremely inconsiderate I would advise to book elsewhere.
