Convenient and easy link to pay 4 your ride if you Don't have cash. But not always available wen u need a taxis. But super easy to pay 4 your ride. Their growing when the have more taxis on the books they'll be splendid
Absolutely fantastic service by taxi driver Pimy. Picked me up from my house to take me to the airport, no issues no stress and also collected me from the airport. Was patient and coordinated the collection for after I had collected my luggage, despite a flight delay. I can not recommend them enough!! I felt at ease knowing my transport was in good hands. A big thanks again
Do not use.. i booked a taxi for 8:40 and its now 9:15 and they just turned up but my son was already late for his first day of college so he's now walking the half hr walk in the rain. I did phone after they were 15 mins late and they said 3 mins away which was not the case as they still took a further 20 mins. Yes, could of been an accident but they also should of kept me updated if its that late.
Booked taxi on arrival and was advised 30mins. Drives called 5 mins later advising he will be 50 mins. Ended up arrived 1hr later and went to wrong car park. On arrival he Ram opened boot from his driver seat and could clearly see we had luggage and children and after a long and delayed flight didn’t offer and help. The boot was messy with oil bottles two tyres and hardly any space for our luggage. I asked him to make space but he ignored the request and ran to the pay machine. I had to clear the boot to make space and take out the tyre. The car was disgusting with mess everywhere with bottles rolling around the floor, screwed up paper everywhere. He also clearly just had lunch probably explains why he was late!!! and the smell from the open container of curry made us all feel nauseous. We had to open the windows even thou we all felt cold. I asked him why the car is so messy and he advised the taxi company gave it to him in this state. Having just arrived back from holiday where all the taxi drivers were professional Smart Polite Had clean and new cars Will never book from this company again. I would put 0 stars but had to select 1 to post! Disgusting
Taxi was supposed to turn up at 3.15am and didn't turn up until 3.50am. I literally had a plane to catch. No apology and due to being so late needed dropping off at the airport front door as there was no time to walk from the free car park. Instead of covering the cost as an apology I had to cover that cost too. Driver tried his best to make up time but so unreliable I could have missed my flight. Wouldn't use again for something like this
Shocking service would give zero stars if I could. Let us down. When I rang at 19.06 booked for 19.00 chasing driver for my Mom’s 80th birthday meal at 19.30 was told they tried to contact us before 19.00. No calls on my mobile. I had a feeling when I booked that this was going to be a problem, I should have trusted my instincts. Wouldn’t recommend. I’ve now had to drive. So thanks for letting us down. Do not use this company
Below was my original review This is my update. After 7 calls they finally admitted they don’t have a cab on the way and didn’t have one available. At least one of them admitted they are liars and apologised What a special crew!!! Would be zero stars if that was an option. What a shower of dross this out fit is. Been stood waiting 50 minutes with my mom in a wheel chair waiting for a taxi. 5 phone calls and 5 lies later still no taxi. Basically they tell lies for a living. not sure how they sleep at night
I ordered transport service for wheelchair users from other companies in advance but a regular transport received instead. So I called this company and received correct transport in a few minutes. Arrived on appointment on time. So recommend them.
Fantastic service. I've been using this company when I finish work in the early hours of the morning and the drivers have been so lovely, and always arrive on time. Was a slight mix up with my destination address on one of my trips postcode that was sent to the driver was wrong but once I pointed this out it was sorted with no issues. Great company, would highly recommend.
