This company is highly unreliable. Once again, they have caused me to be late for work. I called 40 minutes before the start of my shift, despite the fact that the taxi journey should only take 7-8 minutes. Yet, I still ended up being 20 minutes late. It’s frustrating that I can't rely on any taxi service in West Bromwich, which is why so many people opt for Ola and Uber. I called twice to get an update on the estimated arrival time and was misled on both occasions. An initial estimate of 3 minutes turned into 10, and after calling again, another 5 minutes extended to 15. I’ll need to be more cautious with my bank card in the future, as I would prefer not to depend on this company for transportation to work again.
I called this taxi base today and the operator picked up the call she started moaning about how I booked taxi automatically by mistake and then when I asked can i book now as I need taxi from different destination she again started being rude. She don't know how to serve customer . She shouldn't be a operator as she needs to learn how to deal with customers fisrt and how to treat them. She will make you lose business. Bad service
They are absolutely the best. I lost my phone. And they let me know they found it. They even dropped it off for me. I am well pleased. Furthermore when I rang up for a cab, it came in five minutes. Car was nice and clean. Driver very pleasant.
Never turn up most of the time even when you’ve booked hours in advance. Attitude on telephone bad and terrible service. Would never recommend, unreliable and rude.
Always punctual friendly drivers and phone operatives and good prices. You never have to wait long for an immediate pick up
Just started using them to take my autistic son to college a few hiccups to start with, but once I've called very polite and always try to help, drivers are always polite and get my son to and from college, can't ask for better than that
Booked well in advance to be taken to a funeral, and allowed ample time. Phoned 7 times when taxi did not appear. Phone slammed down on me twice. Taxi was 40 mins late so I arrived at funeral 2 minutes before the end. Having done a 5000 mile round trip to attend, I was let down by management who obviously don't care and know nothing about the business. Disgraceful and disgusting. A total nightmare.
Disgraceful service. Prebooked a taxi from train station giving plenty of notice. To arrive and no taxi there. False promises, taxi on way. Then no deiver alloacted as they were looking for one! So today I need to get my mum and sister from the airport. My dad calls them it is all going well £80 for Birmingham Airport Large taxi 7 seater and back. But then they send a medium Nissan Juke and the guy goes lets go. In the back there's barely any space and we said 4 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage. Then he says we will get another taxi for another 40 POUND. WHERE'S THE COMPENSTATION AT. Then we go get a big one for 120... And the guy had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR 5 POUND DUE TO WAITING TIME. Shouldn't they pay us. Did he not listen to his parents when he was a kid? Anyways then after we called to cancel it because we didn't clear it to the guy and the guy RUDELY HANGS UP after saying "ok it's cancelled" in a mean tone. Honestly NEVER GO WITH THESE GUYS UNTIL THEY FIX UP AND THEY ARE SO RUDE. They won't last long with this type of service as any person with dignity and self respect would never go with them.
Have placed an order with this company a few times and not really had too much of a problem. Will NEVER USE AGAIN due to having to wait an hour for a taxi turn up. I cancelled the booking because of the outrageous wait times. For a company with 10 years of experience this is very poor service. I truly hope this company bucks up and get better.
