Attentive service. Quite expensive but feel like would get after service if needed.

Had a recent very poor experience with wendron, and last straw fire delivered with foreign instructions only, and told that's all they had, ! ! And when complained have yet to receive a reply.
They also quoted to fit a CO2 alarm instead of CO, and they are supposed to be the professionals.
Sadly will not be recommending them again

We bought a Scan 66 from Wendron 2 years ago.  The glass is now opaque so I contacted Wendron to request replacement part.  The immediate response, having not seen the stove, was that we must have been burning the wrong fuel and they could order a part but only at my cost.  Given we burn logs, seasoned for 2-3yrs, and the stove has been used for less than 2 winters to pay more on top of a stove that's already cost £2,600 wasn't welcome.  Wendron requested picture, which on receipt we were informed we were burning the stove too hot.  Since then I've heard nothing back from Wendron so I attempted to contact Scan - I've heard noting from them either.  I can only go on my own experience, given the number of other manufacturers and suppliers I would not recommend Wendron Stoves or Scan and suggest you look elsewhere.
