Went in with an alternator fault, fixed it but another fault occured, they fixed that also free of charge. Great service and friendly. Would definitely go back.

First Class service - After an intial discussion of dash warning lights and suspected fault, I was invited to bring the car in for a quick OBD scan during my 30min lunch break, no "leave your car with us for the day", which was really helpful. They immediately found an error code indicating a specific sensor fault & were willing to attempt a re-calibration exercise (rather than just insist on fitting a new part). Recalibration was succesful, fault cleared and no recurrence since. A £30 quick fix, friendly staff and good ol' honest service. I suspect a diagnosis alone at Ocean BMW would have been of the order £100, probably closely followed by a report of a new sensor required, and knowing the strip down required to get to the sensor, I suspect the Ocean BMW diagnosis/parts/labour bill could have easily topped £500. After years of avoiding dealerships and workshops in general, I now have a garage I know I can trust.

I have been taking my car to CAT for a long time and wouldn't consider using another garage. Urgent jobs down to routine MOTs have always been attended to swiftly and a courtesy car given when needed. I cannot fault the service ever and the new expanded garage and car sales is an example of a local business making great strides.

Been using Rich and Al at CAT for many years, They are great guys and excellent at what they do. Sadly for us all, the cars are getting more complicated and simple things don't exist and now take more time to resolve. Thats where they excel and dont overcharge or take your money for nothing.. Id use them everytime and provide a fantastic service..

Yet again problem resolved! How do you do it guys? I have been taking my cars to Cornwall Auto Technics for many years, and I am always surprised at the cost, delighted with the work, and very well looked after. Job done! The banoffee flapjack is hanging, otherwise faultless service everytime
