Great staff polite always have to for customer
Every time I go my prescription is not ready or they don't have it in. It's supposed to be because its on a 2 monthly repeat. I had new prescription today. It was personal. I was glad I was only one in the shop because otherwise everyone would've known I was there for some intimate treatment and HRT. Can the staff not keep there voice down and be discreet? As it was, it wasn't in, I have to go back tomorrow.Hopefully will be in then. Main concern is confidentiality though. I wad dead embarrassed.
Brilliant chemist, the staff are very helpful and know you by name when you come to collect your prescription, they have gone out their way during the pandemic to make sure my mum has got enough medicine when she has run out, even when GP surgery has lagged behind with the repeat prescription writing. Great job Wemyss Chemist, you are the best.
Got help and advice that I needed and recommended best medicine to get. If you need to get help on something but not serious enough for doctors then they are happy to help. Small store size but never to crowded and always busy with people coming in and out.
